How do I know if you have received my order?
You will receive a unique order number via email. This confirms your order, this number should be used when contacting us for any queries you may have.
What if I haven’t received an email order confirmation?
If you have not received any confirmation please contact us. You can email us on email@example.com or call us on 01934 733522 and speak to our customer service department.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes you can place an order from overseas, we dispatch to the following areas: UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly or Isle of Wight. Surcharges will apply and can be found on our terms and conditions.
Do you have a store where I can view the beanbags?
Our factory is located in Lower Weare Somerset, In order to keep our costs at a low price we do not have a showroom. However Our doors are always open, if you want to see our beanbags, collect your bean bag, see it being made or are just passing through on your holidays and want to pop in for a nosey you are more than welcome, just contact us in advance on 01934 733522 to make arrangements
Do you have a catalogue?
No - all of our products are available to view online.
How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept most credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron, Maestro, or Solo. We’re sorry but we don’t accept American Express. You can also make payment using PayPal.
All our transactions are 100%, we do not store any card details.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Enter the promotional code into the box at the checkout, the required payment amount will be adjusted automatically. If you have any problems you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01934 733522 and speak to our customer service
What size shall I get?
This depends on who you are buying it for, what it will be used for and the space you have! Our kids selection is ideal for Playrooms and bedrooms. The Larger Beanbags can be used by adults of all sizes.
What are the sizes of the Beanbags?
All sizes and capacities are listed under each individual product.
Do the Beanbags come complete with filling?
Yes, all our beanbags come filled with Fire Retardant beads.
Do you offer fabric or colour samples?
Yes if you would like a fabric sample you can email us on email@example.com or call us on 01934 733522 and speak to our customer service where our Customer Service team will be able to send you a sample out by post.
My beans have all squashed down. Can I buy any top up refill?
All beanbags will eventually require a top up, the beads will compact. The top up frequency depends on the usage of the beanbag. You can order new beads on line, should you be unsure of how much bead you would require for your beanbag please call us on 01934 733522 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I combine the postage if I wish to order more than one item?|
All items to UK Mainland are delivered FREE
For chargeable postcodes please note, the boxes in which the beanbags are packed are large bulky items. this does not allow us to combine the postage.
As a company we do not profit from the delivery.

Do I have to have my order delivered to my home address?
No, we strongly advise that you use a work address or alternative if you are out of the house for most of the day. We will require you home address for payment purposes, simply add the delivery address in the delivery address section.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
Yes we can offer delivery dates, but we would recommend you make You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01934 733522 and speak to our customer service to confirm as orders as processed through the system based on the time specified on the order.
When will my order be delivered?
Normal delivery takes 3-4 working days. If you would like your beanbag sooner You can call us on 01934 733522 and speak to our customer service
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If delivery is attempted, and no one is available to sign for it, a card will be left by the courier. This card will contain instructions on what to do next. You can arrange re-delivery, or you can collect the item from their depot.
If you do not make contact a second delivery attempt will be made the next working day, should this delivery be unsuccessful the item will be returned to our warehouse. To delivery again we would charge the standard delivery fee and the returned item fee.
Can I return my bean bag?
Yes we accept returns. From receipt, you have 7 days to let us know in writing you intend to return your bean bag to us in a new and unused condition. You are responsible for returning the item to us through the post office or by courier service within 7 days of notifying us. Please ensure to take reasonable care of the goods so they arrive with us in the same condition as they were delivered.

I have received the wrong item in my order?
If you have received the wrong item in your order, please call 01934733522, we will ensure that the correct item is dispatch immediately.
Faulty & Damaged Goods
What if my bean bag is faulty?
We guarantee the fabric and manufacture of all of our bean bags against reasonable wear & tear (excluding bean filling).
